I'm Not Receiving the Push Notifications

Troubleshoot

Please review our How To page for ‘Setup Notifications.’

For iPhone users

  • Please go to your smartphone’s notifications in the settings menu
  • Make sure RemoCam is allowed access to send push notifications
  • From this menu, you can also adjust the notifications you would like to receive.

For Android users,

  • Open the RemoCam app
  • Go to the ‘Menu’ located on the top left of the Home Screen
  • Select ‘My Account’ then ‘Notifications’
  • From here, you can select your notifications preferences.
  • If you are not receiving sound notifications, please make sure your smartphone is not silenced, and the smartphone’s volume is turned up.

Please note, you will only receive notifications if your Motion Sensor and Push Notifications options are turned on.
