Troubleshoot

If the room is not well lit the camera’s feed may look black and white. Try positioning your RemoCam in an area with better lighting. If the feed is still black and white, try resetting your camera.

When you are programming a remote to your camera, sometimes the camera feed will briefly become black and white feed. The feed should switch to color within a minute.

Please note, that our Infrared Night Vision is black and white feed. So if your feed is black and white during the night, you can rest assured that your camera is functioning properly!
