My Video is Upside-Down


If your camera was positioned upside-down, you will need to press the ‘Orientation’ button to flip the video feed. If your camera is repositioned right-side-up, you will need to repeat this step to flip the feed.

From the Home Screen, choose to the camera that has the upside-down feed (swipe the live feed right or left with your finger and stop on the correct camera)

  1. Press ‘Settings’ from the Home Screen
  2. Select ‘Orientation’

If this does not solve your problem:

  1. Delete the camera from the account, re-login to the app, Reset your RemoCam, and re-add the camera.
