For error code 301, try closing the app on your smartphone and re-open the app. Make sure you completely close the app, even from the background. This should fix the issue. If you still encounter the error, contact Customer Care.
For error code 310, make sure there is a strong signal from your LTE, Wi-Fi, and router. This error usually appears when there is a weak signal. If you still encounter the error, contact Customer care.
