I Forgot My Email/Password

Troubleshoot

If you forgot your password:

  • press ‘Forgot Password’ from the login page on your App.
  • You will need to input your email address, then you will receive an email with a temporary password link.
  • Remember to check your SPAM folder if you cannot find your email
