What should I do if my videos are showing up in black and white?

If the lighting is dark or it is nighttime that means that the infrared night vision is on! Go into your Remo+ app, click on the Menu icon in the top left corner, click on Devices, select your RemoBell, and adjust your Night Mode setting to "Auto" or "Off."

What do I do if my batteries are running low?

Every RemoBell comes with 6 AA rechargeable batteries at no extra cost! If your batteries are running low, you can replace them with regular AA batteries, or you can charge the batteries and place them back into the device once they’re fully charged.

What if I'm not receiving push notifications?

For iPhone users, please make sure that you have granted RemoBell access to your smartphone so that it can send you push notifications. To check, go to your smartphone’s settings menu and find the notifications bar. From this menu, you will be able to adjust the notifications you would like to receive and approve RemoBell's access.
