What should I do if my videos are showing up in black and white?

If the lighting is dark or it is nighttime that means that the infrared night vision is on! Go into your Remo+ app, click on the Menu icon in the top left corner, click on Devices, select your RemoBell, and adjust your Night Mode setting to "Auto" or "Off."
