How can I change the Wi-Fi being used by my RemoBell?

To change the Wi-Fi RemoBell is using, you will need to first delete the camera from the account and then reset the device. To delete the camera from your account, go to the Menu located in the top left corner of the app’s homepage. Select Devices then click on the trash icon at the bottom right of the page. Select your device then click ‘yes’ to delete the device. To reset the device, press and hold the Reset button on the back of the device for 10 seconds then release. You will see the LED light flash on the front of the device. Now your camera is reset.

How do I adjust the video quality?

Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the home screen. Select ‘Devices,’ then select the device to see the device’s setting. Go to ‘Video Quality’ and select Best, Average or Low. To implement the changes, you will need to ‘ring’ the doorbell button on RemoBell.

If you are changing RemoBell’s location without changing RemoBell's Wi-Fi, simply mount the device at the new location of your choice. If you are changing RemoBell’s location and the Wi-Fi network, you will need to delete the device from your account and reset the device before proceeding.

To talk and listen to your visitors, play the live feed from the RemoBell device. You can do so by pressing ‘ACCEPT’ when the incoming video comes to the app. The 2-way communication works just like a phone.

To set up set up RemoBell notifications: Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the home screen. Select ‘Devices’ then select the device. This will display the device’s settings. From here you can turn on and off push notifications and set the frequency for the push notifications.
