I Can't Find My Saved Pictures/Videos

Troubleshoot

All manually recorded videos and pictures are stored directly to your smartphone. To view your pictures and videos, go to your smartphone's photos/gallery. If you can't find the pictures or videos that you recorded with your RemoCam, go to your smartphone's settings to make sure your RemoCam app has access to your smartphone's photos.

Error Codes

Troubleshoot

If you encounter an error code, no need to worry. We can fix it. For error code 301, try closing the app on your smartphone and re-open the app. Make sure you completely close the app, even from the background. This should fix the issue. If you still encounter the error, contact Customer Care.

I'm Not Receiving the Push Notifications

Please review our How To page for 'Setup Notifications.' For iPhone users Please go to your smartphone's notifications in the settings menu Make sure RemoCam is allowed access to send push notifications From this menu, you can also adjust the notifications you would like to receive.

I Forgot My Email/Password

Troubleshoot

If you forgot your password: press ‘Forgot Password’ from the login page on your App. You will need to input your email address, then you will receive an email with a temporary password link.
