Can I Add Another RemoCam with 1mb Upload Speed?

RemoCam requires a minimum upload speed of 1mbps. If you have internet with 1mbps upload speed, you can use your RemoCam without any network connectivity issues. If you would like to add another RemoCam, you may experience network connectivity issues if you have an upload speed near 1mbps.

My Video is Upside-Down

Troubleshoot

If your camera was positioned upside-down, you will need to press the 'Orientation' button to flip the video feed. If your camera is repositioned right-side-up, you will need to repeat this step to flip the feed. From the Home Screen, choose to the camera that has the upside-down feed (swipe the live feed right or left with your finger and stop on the correct camera)

My Video is Blurry

Troubleshoot

Here are some reasons your feed might be blurry: If you're using a low resolution, the videos may not look as clear as you would like. Please check your Resolution settings to make sure you have the resolution setting you want Check RemoCam's lens to make sure that it is clean and nothing is obstructing the view If RemoCam has a weak Wi-Fi signal.

My Video is Black & White

Troubleshoot

If the room is not well lit the camera's feed may look black and white. Try positioning your RemoCam in an area with better lighting. If the feed is still black and white, try resetting your camera. When you are programming a remote to your camera, sometimes the camera feed will briefly become black and white feed. The feed should switch to color within a minute.

I Can't Scan the QR Code/Connect My Camera

Troubleshoot

Here are some quick fixes for this issue: Make sure you are holding your smartphone still while RemoCam tries to scan the QR code. If the Wi-Fi signal is weak, it could influence the camera and phone's communication. Make sure your smartphone is connected to your Wi-Fi, and the Wi-Fi name and password are entered correctly. Hold your smartphone between 8-12 inches away from the RemoCam lens.
