Ring videos will automatically save to your Cloud if you have a Cloud plan, even if the motion sensor is turned off. If you want to save ring and motion videos to your Cloud, follow these instructions:
- Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the app’s home screen. Select ‘Devices’ then select the device that you want to adjust the settings of. From here, you will see the device’s settings.
- Turn on the Motion Sensor and turn on the ‘Save Videos to Cloud.’
To implement the changes, you ‘ring’ the doorbell on RemoBell and you will enable Motion videos to be saved to your Cloud.
Sometimes it will take a few minutes for past videos to be displayed on the Recent Activity Log. This depends on the strength of the Wi-Fi used by yourRemoBell and Remo+ app. If you need more assistance with this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888-985-1849.
