My push notifications aren't working. How do I turn them on?

For iPhone users, please make sure that you have granted DoorCam access to your smartphone so that it can send you push notifications. To check, go to your smartphone’s settings menu and find the notifications bar. From this menu, you will be able to adjust the notifications you would like to receive and approve DoorCam's access.

I forgot my password or email. Can I still access my account?

Troubleshoot

Forgot your email or password? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! To recover your password, go to the login in page and click "forgot password." You'll then be asked to enter your DoorCam account email address. Once you enter it, select "send." You will then receive an email with a temporary password from us.
