I forgot my password or email. Can I still access my account?

Forgot your email or password? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! To recover your password, go to the login in page and click "forgot password." You'll then be asked to enter your DoorCam account email address. Once you enter it, select "send." You will then receive an email with a temporary password from us. Click the link in the email to display the temporary password. Return to your Remo+ app login page and enter your email address and the temporary password. The app will then prompt you to reset your password.

If you don’t see the email with the temporary password in your inbox, try checking your spam folder. It might have gotten stored there accidentally.

If you forgot your DoorCam email, don't worry, we can help you recover your account! Please send us an email with your DoorCam's MAC number to support@remoplus.co, or give us a call at 1-888-985-1849.
