Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the home screen. Select ‘Devices,’ then select the device to see the device’s setting.
Go to ‘Video Quality’ and select Best, Average or Low.
To implement the changes, you will need to press the white alert button on the back of your DoorCam.
