Deleting or adding viewers and devices can all be easily done on your Remo+ app.
To Delete Viewers:
- Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the home screen
- Select ‘Viewers,’ then press the trash icon located on the bottom right
- Select the viewer you would like to delete then press ‘Yes’ to confirm
To Add Viewers:
Use the account’s login information to log in to the Remo+ app from the new phone or tablet. Then the device will be automatically added as a viewer.
Delete Devices
- Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the home screen
- Select ‘Devices’ then press the trash icon located on the bottom right corner
- Select the device you would like to delete then press ‘Yes’ to confirm
Add Device
- Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the home screen
- Select ‘Devices’ then press the add icon located on the bottom left corner. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the device.
Rename Devices
- Press ‘Menu’ located at the top left corner of the home screen
- Select ‘Devices’ then select the device you would like to rename
- Tap on the current name, then input the new name. Then press the check icon to the right of the device name to save the changes.
