To set purchase the Cloud:
- Log into your Remo+ app and tap “Cloud.” You will be directed to our website page.
- Click on “Menu” in the top left.
- Click on “My Cloud.”
- Follow the payment instructions.
If you’re receiving “server error” when you try to purchase the cloud plan, that means that there’s an error with our server. Contact our customer support at support@remoplus.co with your account’s email address and explain your situation. We will try to resolve the problem within one business day.
