What if I'm not receiving push notifications?


For iPhone users, please make sure that you have granted RemoBell access to your smartphone so that it can send you push notifications. To check, go to your smartphone’s settings menu and find the notifications bar. From this menu, you will be able to adjust the notifications you would like to receive and approve RemoBell's access.

If you are not receiving sound notifications for motion activities, your smartphone may perhaps be silenced and you will need to turn up its volume to "high."

It is also important to make sure your RemoBell's push notifications have been turned on. To check, open the Remo+ app and press Menu at the top left corner. Then select Devices and select yourRemoBell. From here, you will be able to check to see if your Motion Sensor and Push Notifications are turned on. If you decide to change RemoBell's motion sensor setting, remember to press the doorbell button on your RemoBell to implement and save your changes.
