How do I save my motion videos?

Each DoorCam comes with a 30-day free trial of our Cloud plan. After the 30-day trial is over, then you can subscribe to the Cloud plan to continue storing videos on the Cloud/Recent Activity Log.

The storage size: unlimited

The storage time frame: videos are stored for 30 days

Here are some common questions people often have:

How much storage is on the plan?
Per day, your video storage is unlimited. All your videos will be saved for 30 days on your Cloud account.

How long is the storage period?
All videos will be saved and stored for 30 days. Once videos are 30 days old, they will be automatically deleted.

How many videos can I download?
Unlimited! You can download as many videos as you’d like.

How long are the recorded videos?
The recorded videos are one minute long.

How do I save videos?
Videos from motions will automatically be recorded. To save motion videos you’ll need to turn on the Motion Sensor and turn on Cloudrecordings.

Is there a fee for canceling?
Nope! We do not charge any cancellation fees

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer full or prorated refunds for canceled Cloud plans.

How do I subscribe to a plan?
To subscribe, simply log onto your account on remoplus.co, using the same account that you normally use on the app. Once you have logged in, press Your Account on the top right. Then select My DoorCam on the left side of the page. The subscription options then will appear for you to choose from.
